National Night Out

Each year, the Hollywood Police Support Association, the Hollywood Division of the Los Angeles Police Department, the Police Activities League, the residents and businesses of the Hollywood Community present an evening of fun for the community.

Last year, the 19th annual National Night Out Celebration was held on Tuesday, August 6th, 2002, at the Hollywood Community Police Station, 6501 Fountain Avenue (corner of Fountain and Wilcox) from 5:00 to 8:30 p.m.

National Night Out, a nation-wide celebration, reaches out to over 2,000 families in the Hollywood area and beyond. This event includes live music, food, and a children's corner (jumper, petting zoo and pony rides) to celebrate our year's accomplishments fighting crime and improving our neighborhoods. All activities and food are free of charge. Everyone is welcome.
