Hollywood PAL operates at various locations throughout the Hollywood area with police officers supervising educational, cultural, social and athletic activities. This opportunity ultimately will provide our kids with the potential for future success.

PAL sponsors National Night Out and a children's Holiday Party. We have created a community garden that children from the neighborhood use.

PAL also sponsors computer literacy and parenting classes and other events especially for parents, all at no cost to participants. We have activities at the following locations:

Hollywood Schoolhouse - 1248 N. Highland Ave. Los Angeles 90028
This location offers swimming, basketball, crafts, photography, computers and tutoring.

Hollywood Recreation Center - 1122 N. Cole Ave. Los Angeles 90028
Basketball, flag football and other activities occur here regularly in conjunction with the city parks department of recreation.

Boys & Girls Club of Hollywood - 850 N. Cahuenga Blvd, Hollywood 90038
Our dance group meets here twice a week. Call for details.

Hollywood High School- 1521 N. Highland Ave. Los Angeles 90038
Our kids play soccer year-round. There are 11 teams totaling over 175 kids involved in our program.

Salvation Army Weingart Center - 1370 North St. Andrews Place, Hollywood 90028
Our karate classes meet four times a week. The instructors, one of whom is a police officer, take the kids on tournaments throughout the area.
